HERRANENLAW provides legal services  including formation of nonprofit corporations, obtaining the employer identification number, preparing minutes and resolutions, preparing bylaws and policies, applying for tax exempt status with the IRS and the Franchise Tax Board, registering the corporation with the California Attorney General in the case of California companies, maintaining annual filings, and serving as agent for service of process.
